The unfolding of colourpuncture in 2006 and plans for 2007
By Iman S. Kaiser
Esogetic Australia 2006 - in Review
2006 has been
a very beautiful year with many changes and much expansion and I am excited to share all the news.
Seminars
Last
year I had the great pleasure of teaching again colourpuncture seminars in Melbourne. I reconnected with students who have faithfully followed colourpuncture teachings for years as well as met new enthusiasts of this beautiful technique.
I also taught for the first time in Mandurah, Perth. Yes it took a while for WA ("Wait A while") to happen but it finally did. Thanks to the amazing support from Peter Becker. Peter put so much effort and energy in organizing my stay in his hometown. He took care of me in a wonderfully loving and patient way, making it possible to happen. Thank you again Peter.
Basically it seems that the plans to expand Esogetic Australia and train people for new teaching positions are unfolding nicely with much enthusiasm and support.

The new Kirlian machines are now available.
Books
We just received news from Germany that new English editions of 'Sense and Nonsense of Sickness and Pain', 'Children in Light' and the 'Compendium of Colourpuncture' are available.
My personal journey
A bit about my personal journey: 2006 has been a year full of important milestones. As some of you already know I was in Germany until recently to support my mother through her death process. This experience has obviously deeply touched and transformed me on many levels. My body is telling me that I have done enough traveling for now so I plan to fly to Germany only for work, to participate in the latest colourpuncture update seminars.
Esogetic Australia 2007
I can now enjoy spending more time in Australia and studying the seminars I did but never had the opportunity to use or teach.
I would like to visit my distributors and show/teach you the latest goodies from the Mandel Institute.
Seminars 2007
The Beginners crash course and the new Layman seminars will be taught by my newly trained yet experienced assistant. I'll finally have the chance to teach other specialised seminars like 'Numerology', the 'I Ching in Esogetics' as well as 'Kirlian photography diagnostics' and more. For details clink on the link 'Seminar Schedule' (right navigation bar).
In
'Registration for Trainings' (right navigation bar) you will find an overview of the seminar packages we offer with the deadlines for the early bird seminar prices. We suggest you mark them in your calendar right now to be sure not to miss out.
We
also offer amazing discounts to Beginners that will be only available in 2007. Please contact us for more information.
Early
Bird savings are available to bookings fully paid within 30 to 60 days (or over) before the start of the first seminar.
I would like to finish by asking you for a favour: your help and support are essentials to expand Esogetic Australia. Please allow me to come and teach in your city again and hopefully we can find and connect with more people interested in getting to know this blessed work.

A blast
of colour hits me as I walk through the door. Wow, nothing like really
practising what you're preaching! I am at the home of acupuncturist
and colour therapist Roslyn Motter in Epping, Sydney and I am readying
myself for a colourpuncture session. I feel like it has already begun
as I spin down a warmly lit hallway bypassing a pink lounge room and
moving into a yellow and mauve painted healing room.
Colourpuncture
therapy is but an infant of 30 years compared to its older cousin,
acupuncture> This is a non-invasive and very gentle technique that
allows you to rest on a massage table while the treatment "happens
to you". In a similar vein to many other natural therapies, it
is accessing the body's wisdom to heal itself. Acupuncture of both
the Chinese and Japanese variety, uses needles to connect to the meridians
and redirect flow of energy, but how does colour work? Iman Kaiser,
based in Mullumbimby on NSW's north coast, brought colourpuncture
to Australia from Germany 10 years ago. Iman explains that therapists
in this field access the meridians in a similar way, but simply use
a different tool. It's like a special torch, into which coloured rods
of quartz lights are inserted.
"Colour
affects all of us and we can see this by noting how our mood shifts
if we are feeling stresses and then take a minute to look at the colour
green, say the leaves on trees. So, if we use the right colours on
the right points, the frequency of the colour will travel through
to the meridians to the organs, effecting change," says Iman.
Back in Sydney, I am sitting on Roslyn's massage bed swinging my legs
and answering questions as to what will be my most appropriate treatment.
We decide on a detox. I lie down and Roslyn uses various colour torches
on both my front and back, remarking that she can tell my body is
responding as the colour fades in and out. It is extremely relaxing
and non-confrontational, and a certain heat starts to emanate from
my body, no doubt the toxins on the move. Roslyn also explains that
this type of therapy is extremely good for skin treatments, wrinkles
and other beauty issues. Oh, if only I had more time! Although just
taking off in Australia, approximately four million people worldwide
seek colourpuncture as a viable treatment.
The pioneer of colorpuncture is a German, Peter Mandel (visiting Australia
in August), whose background is in naturopathy, homoeopathy, acupuncture,
chiropractic and massage. He has spent the past 32 years researching
and developing diagnostic systems and therapies and is a huge proponent
of Kirlian photography as a means of diagnosis. Iman, too, has experience
huge success using this ethod together with colourpuncture.
"Each finger (in the photo) represents different parts of the
body, for example the thumb represents all the teeth," she says.
"During the client's first session, I will spend a couple of
hours with them, beginning with taking a Kirlian picture. It is not
necessary for the client to tell me what their symptoms are, for the
photo will give me all the information I need. After a thorough history
is taken, the colourpuncture session will begin and I will use various
colours to treat various symptoms. For example, red for circulation
and stimulation, pink for the heart and movements, blue is calming
and good for anxiety, green to detox, yellow for the intellect and
orange brings about a sense of joy.
"The heat that is coursing through my body is also bringing with
it a deep sense of relaxation and I am grateful for this. Perhaps
what is helping things along is the "liver music" Roslyn
has put on. Apparently different sounds, as wells as colours, resonate
with different organs and can promote even more effective healing.
I feel well and deeply relaxed, also although this is quite an esoteric
approach, it feels great.
Peter Mandel has called this combination of healing "Esogetics"
meaning a cross between esoteric and energetic formulas. He has completed
extensive research with mainstream medical practitioners to ground
his approach and believes its increasing popularity is drawn from
its gentleness and accessibility to anyone at anytime. Ultimately,
he thinks, all our physical problems can be traced back to our beginnings
in life and our subsequent relationship conflicts. So, source the
issue with Kirlian photography, heal with colourpuncture and, perhaps,
experience more rainbows in our life.

Living - issue 70 - February 2005

For years, Sarah had suffered from attacks
of bronchitis. She had tried many forms of allopathic and alternative
medicine before she happened across a practitioner of colourpuncture.
At the beginning of the session, the practitioner surprised Sarah by
taking a photo of her fingers and toes. Photographing the energy emitted
by a rosebud in their garden early in the last century, a married couple
of Russian scientists named Kirlian managed to capture an image of the
full-blown rose - exactly as it would appear once it had fully bloomed.
This revolutionary achievement paved the way for Energy Emission Analysis
(EEA) as developed by Peter Mandel, by which an illness that has not
yet manifested in the body can be diagnosed, treated, and prevented.
Human beings as well as roses, have an energetic field around them,
which can be captured on film. In our case, it can be seen clearly in
the fingers and toes where the energy meridians begin and end.
Peter Mandel is an innovative healer with a practice in Germany and
a background in homeopathy and acupuncture. He has been experimenting
for several years with the use of colour and light as tools for healing.
Using a pen torch fitted with coloured glass rods, Peter Mandel treats
a combination of points on the surface of the skin usually, but not
always, on the meridians.
Everyone is familiar with the emotional connotations of colour. We see
red when we are angry, green for jealousy, or pink when we are happy.
These are four of the seven colours of the rainbow. There are also the
longer, slower frequencies of infra red and the shorter, higher ones
of ultra violet. Each frequency has a different healing vibration. There
are also the infinitely subtle greys (the colour of the morphogenetic
field) that matrix of energy within which monkeys on opposite sides
of the globe can suddenly develop new skills at exactly the same time,
with no apparent means of communication. The subtler the colour the
stronger the effect.
In his practice, Peter has spent many years correlating the symptoms
of his patients with changes in the EEA pictures, until he had developed
an incredible diagnostic tool. A skilled practitioner can see the present
state of the organs in a client's body, but also the possibilities of
disease many months into the future, by interpreting each blob and gap
in the outline of the fingers and toes. The Colourpuncture treatment
can be pinpointed accurately in the area where it will be most effective.
'Esogetic' is an amalgam of the words 'esoteric' and energetic and the
umbrella term 'esogetic medicine' covers that area where science and
the esoteric meet. Peter has done tremendous work in achieving scientific
validity and academic acceptance for ideas, which a few years ago would
have been considered so 'alternative' as to fall off the scale.
It has been accepted for many years by physicists that cells can communicate
with each other by means of photons, in layman's terms, via light. Different
colours convey different messages.
"Light is like the cable and colour is the information transmitted,"
explains Peter.
Peter Mandel's main aim is to address underlying trauma or blockages
of energy that caused physical illness in the first place. The Prenatal
series in which metamorphic zones on the feet are stroked with light
can release unconscious memories from the time in the womb. The Transmitter
Relay series touches on the karmic patterns that have been played out
through past lives and manifest into organ deficiencies in the present.
Each cell is a hologram of the entire body and contains the memory of
everything experienced, whether consciously or not.
In the Colourpuncture session to treat Sarah's bronchitis, it became
clear that the underlying cause of her congested lungs was a huge lake
of grief, caused by the death of her mother. Anyone familiar with Oriental
medicine will recognise that the lungs are the seat of sorrow. Here
on the EEA there at the bottom of the little finger, is a large black
blob, indicating that the lungs and also the heart were affected. After
her session, another picture was taken, and the blob had cleared. Sarah
has allowed herself to cry, and recognised that she needs to let herself
feel the pain of losing her mother.
Peter Mandel will be presenting seminars in New South Wales in August
2005.

Art of Healing - February 2005 issue

Esogetic Medicine is a system developed
by German naturopath Peter Mandel, a scientist and naturopath who
spent 34 years researching informative energies and the development
of related diagnostic systems. Peter Mandel's concept of Esogetic
Medicine is a synthesis of ancient esoteric doctrines (e.g., the
ancient hermetic doctrines) with the latest biophysical research
about how the body functions (energetics). Esogetic Medicine combines
Kirlian photography called Energy Emission Analysis with acu-light
therapy called Esogetic Colourpuncture. One of the postulates of
Esogetic Medicine is that coloured light transmitted by acupuncture
meridians heals specific forms of disease and dysfunction.
Esogetic Medicine is the "merger of the esoteric wisdom of
life with the energetic principles of life's processes." A
common theme in many esoteric doctrines is that each human being,
as a soul, comes to this life to manifest a unique potential or
life path. In Peter Mandel's esogetic paradigm, illness and pain
are seen as signals that the individual may be blocked in their
ability to manifest their potential or may have become distracted
from their life path. From this perspective, lasting healing results
require not only the elimination of symptoms, but that the patients
be brought back in touch with who they are and why they are here.
This is why Esogetic Colourpuncture focuses extensively on expanding
consciousness, clearing traumatic imprints and supporting the evolution
of the individual. To quote Peter Mandel "Esogetic Medicine
is intended to help remove existing blockages and disorders, so
one can travel one's life path freely and lightheartedly."
Esogetic Colourpuncture combines concepts of acupuncture with the
latest research on the way light functions in the body coming from
the field of modern biophysics. As in acupuncture, Colourpuncture
presupposes that the balanced flow of energy through the meridian
system will support good health. However, Colourpuncture achieves
this by introducing vibrational information into the body in the
form of different coloured light frequencies via the meridian system.
Used either to complement or replace traditional needling techniques,
practitioners are finding that treatment of acupoints with coloured
light adds new dimensions to their work. Light offers a gentle,
pain-free, non-invasive therapeutic alternative with no side-effects.
In addition, light exhibits a unique capacity to effect psychological
and spiritual healing while simultaneously supporting physical healing.
The history and development of Esogetic Colourpuncture Therapy
The development of Esogetic Colourpuncture therapy began in the
1970s when Peter Mandel began working with German biophysicist Fritz
Albert Popp which provided the theoretical basis for his work. In
his studies of human cell communication, Popp had demonstrated that
normal living cells emitted a steady stream of photons (particles
of light) called biophotons. Popp hypothesized that these acted
as carriers of information in living organisms, and that a cell
would show an increased emission of biophotons (and disturbed information
flow) whenever its functions were no longer in a state of balance.
Further, the change in the biophoton emissions of one cell would
eventually disturb the biophoton emissions in neighbouring cells
(imagine a pebble dropped in a pond with its spreading ripples).
This change from harmoniously oscillating light would eventually
lead to incoherence and disease.1 Peter Mandel went one step further
by suggesting that these cellular changes would also eventually
affect the electrical receptivity of related zones and acupoints
on the surface of the skin.
Given that human cells exhibit energetic properties of light, and
that light and colour have a modifying effect on the body's system
of energetic information, it seemed obvious to Peter Mandel that
the informational properties of light and colour could be used to
restore coherence and health. Furthermore, given his training in
acupuncture and the existing research indicating that meridians
actually channel light, Peter Mandel felt that the system of acupuncture,
with its skin points of meridians, was the best means of introducing
light into the energetic anatomy. Through extensive experimentation,
Peter Mandel determined that certain acupoints displayed a particular
affinity to certain colours. Starting with the basic primary and
secondary colours (red, green, blue, orange, yellow and violet),
he developed treatments using these complementary (warm and cool)
colours to balance bipolar acupoints. This, he said, was the birth
of Colourpuncture and allowed for a highly differentiated means
of affecting the yin-yang balance between complementary pairs of
points.2
Since then, Peter Mandel has continued to explore the therapeutic
potential of various colours. He has developed the "soul-spirit"
colours (rose, pale turquoise, light green and magenta), which are
used for more psychological treatments and uses a specific frequency
of infrared light for his pain relief treatments. Most recently,
he has developed therapies using three shades of grey light, as
well as ultraviolet light.
Treatment possibilities using Esogetic Colourpuncture
Esogetic Colourpuncture includes many treatments that are consistent
with concepts of traditional Chinese medicine e.g., treatments that
move stagnation or build chi in relation to a particular meridian.
However, many Colourpuncture treatments do not fit within the Chinese
medical framework. Rather, they reflect Peter Mandel's training
as a naturopath in the German system and his interest in biophysics
and esoteric philosophies. For example, Colourpuncture includes
many therapies for regulating the lymphatic system as well as treatments
designed to clear energetic interference patterns in specific parts
of the brain and nervous system.
Perhaps most interesting, Colourpuncture emphasizes the interplay
of body, mind and spirit by addressing the deeper causes of illness.
In addition to relieving bodily symptoms, many treatments gently
"unwind" and release any traumas, emotional scars and
negative beliefs that are held in the subtle energy body and contribute
to a constant state of imbalance and ill health. One example is
therapy to clear traumatic imprints from the prenatal period of
life ie. imprints, which Peter Mandel believes often set the patient
up for health problems later in life. Another example, conflict
solution therapy, is designed to bring up and release the unprocessed
emotions of past conflicts, which Peter Mandel believes are often
imprinted in the lower recesses of the brain and can, over time,
severely weaken the immune system.
